LTCCP® - The claims standardThe Long Term Care Claims Professional-LTCCP® certification training program sets a new standard for competency and confidence when serving clients with long-term care insurance at the time of claim.
As the only independent, claims-focused training program, the coursework explores both client and professional caregiver issues during the entire LTC insurance claims process - from initial eligibility through on-ongoing claim management. The training includes objective, practical information about LTC insurance, policy terms, definitions, and claims procedures, as well as "subjective" exercises in how to work effectively with the varied definitions within many different types of LTC insurance policies. |

Continuing Education:
The CSA Certification Council has pre-approved this course for five (5) hours of renewal CE credits for students who hold the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® designation in good standing.
This program has been approved by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM) for 5.0 continuing education contact hours. This program has been pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide CCM® board-certified case managers with 3.75 contact hours. The course is NOT currently eligible for insurance license CE or CFP® CE. |
