LTCCP.com has added the TrustedSite verification tool to our website. In addition to the entire site delivering secure content through our SSL certificate, we now have site security review and verification from TrustedSite.

LTCCP® Moves OnLine Class Portal to Zoho Learn

Effective immediately, the LTCCP® course on-line Learning Management System has moved to Zoho Learn.

All enrolled students who have NOT yet passed their Final Exam, must Sign Up as a new student in the course's Zoho Learn on-line class portal. E-mails with Zoho Learn Sign Up instructions have been sent to all active students - check your spam/junk folders if not received. Or CONTACT US HERE for the Zoho Learn Sign Up link.

The Final Exam is now fully operational within Zoho Learn, along with live Zoom class registrations, and resource downloads. The chapter review quizzes are also now fully restored in the new class portal.

While we are sorry for any disruption to our students' learning process and the extra steps now required to continue your studies, we expect this change to enhance our opportunities to expand the on-line learning resources and have more control over on-line class portal management.

LTCCP® graduates do not need to take any new action.

This change was driven by the shutdown of the Canvas LMS system we had been using by its parent company Instructure after a cybersecurity event last week. Instructure paid a ransom to the hackers for the return and destruction of all data seized. LTCCP® and LTC Claims Training, LLC, were never notified directly that any of our students' information was part of this breech. TUESDAY, 5/12 UPDATE FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS:
We have implemented a new on-line class portal for course review materials and the Final Exam. Enrolled students who have not yet passed their Final Exam must now re-register with our new Learning Management System: Zoho Learn.

E-mails were sent on Monday, 5/11 and Tuesday, 5/12 to all enrolled students with instructions and a link to create a new student account with Zoho Learn. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not yet seen either of these e-mails.

(An initial enrollment setting was creating an error message for some students attempting to Sign Up with Zoho Learn. This has been corrected as of this morning. If you tried to Sign Up with Zoho Learn and received an error message, please use the same link to finalize your registration.)

New Summer 2026 Live Class Dates Announced

LTCCP® has just opened three new live (Zoom) training dates for the summer:

JUNE 16th, Tuesday, Noon to 5pm Eastern
JULY 22nd, Wednesday, Noon to 5pm Eastern
AUGUST 19th, Wednesday, Noon to 5pm Eastern

Registration for a specific training session is enabled in the course on-line class portal after enrollment.
