The award was presented during the Certified in Long Term Care - CLTC® 2026 Thought Leadership Conference in Minneapolis, MN, on September 15th.
As part of the conference, Bill led a panel discussion on "The Turbulence in LTC Insurance Claims" with representatives from the home care industry, a fee-based LTCI claims advocate, and attorneys representing both policyholder-claimants and LTC insurance companies.

Bill has been a member of the CLTC® training faculty for 25 years, and has served as its Director of Training since 2016. The CLTC® designation is a 16-hour continuing education course for financial planners, insurance agents and other advisors that addresses both why and how to help consumers make proactive, advance plans to manage and pay for their future long-term care needs.
