 | As a MasterClass instructor since 2002 and the Director of Training for CLTC, Bill will be helping to host the invitation-only CLTC Leadership Summit in Minneapolis, MN. He will also be leading a panel discussion on LTC insurance claims titled, "Calming the Storm: Defining & Addressing Turbulence in LTCI Claims." |
| Bill then flies directly to Tucson, AZ, to attend the Senior Helpers national conference. He will be representing LTCCP® with a vendor expo booth as well as participating in a panel discussion about how home care agencies can be more effective working with 3rd-party payors like LTC insurance. |  |
 | A short drive to Scottsdale, AZ, lands Bill in the middle of the Cornerstone Caregiving national conference. He will be promoting Cornerstone's national partnership with LTCCP® to train all of its local Operating Directors in effective LTCI claims management along with direct training sessions during the conference. |
| Finally, less than a week later, it's Orlando, FL, for the Home Care Association of America National Home Care Conference! LTCCP® will be exhibiting and networking across the entire home industry. |  |
