All enrolled students who have NOT yet passed their Final Exam, must Sign Up as a new student in the course's Zoho Learn on-line class portal. E-mails with Zoho Learn Sign Up instructions have been sent to all active students - check your spam/junk folders if not received. Or CONTACT US HERE for the Zoho Learn Sign Up link.
The Final Exam is now fully operational within Zoho Learn, along with live Zoom class registrations, and resource downloads. The chapter review quizzes are also now fully restored in the new class portal.
While we are sorry for any disruption to our students' learning process and the extra steps now required to continue your studies, we expect this change to enhance our opportunities to expand the on-line learning resources and have more control over on-line class portal management.
LTCCP® graduates do not need to take any new action.
This change was driven by the shutdown of the Canvas LMS system we had been using by its parent company Instructure after a cybersecurity event last week. Instructure paid a ransom to the hackers for the return and destruction of all data seized. LTCCP® and LTC Claims Training, LLC, were never notified directly that any of our students' information was part of this breech.
